Tired of regular workouts? Looking for something fun and different? Zumba is the answer! Zumba is a dance fitness class that incorporates Latin music and international rhythm for a workout that feels like a party.
A high energy and motivating cardio workout, we give it our own spin with optional weight training to add strength and toning.
Zumba at Windham Pilates is offered on Tuesdays nights at 6-7PM, taught by certified Zumba instructor, Marjorie.
