Windham Pilates offers a variety of fun fitness classes for kids from elementary through high school. No matter your child’s age, interest or athletic ability, they can find a way to have fun, stay fit and be healthy with a regular exercise program.
Our ExerBlast™ classes incorporate games and activities to build aerobic endurance. Offered in 8 week packages as well as monthly memberships, this program appeals to elementary students of all athletic levels and interests.
For middle and high school students, we offer a Teen Yoga & Pilates class that will increase core strength and flexibility with the use of stability balls, Pilates rings and more. Whether your student is looking to round out their current exercise regime with core strength, or if they are just looking for something new and different to try, this class has benefits for those new to exercise as well as those with athletic experience.
All of our youth classes provide a safe and nurturing environment in which every child is welcome, no matter the fitness level. We ensure that these classes are taught by professional, certified personal trainers, most of whom have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
