Created by a former Navy SEAL, TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

The TRX Suspension Trainer:

The TRX Suspension Trainer class at Windham Pilates is taught by Marjorie Dastous, a certified TRX instructor. Windham Pilates owns 7 suspension straps, located in one of the large group-exercise rooms.

The TRX classes have a pre-registration process before coming to class, as there are only 7 spots available each week. There is also an extra fee for drop ins or if you chose to take this class every week there is a separate membership fee, which can be found here.
