Teen Yoga & Pilates

Teen Yoga & Pilates incorporates a variety of equipment including stability balls, mini flex balls and pilates rings to help increase flexibility and build core strength and stability. Typical students include those who are new to exercise and are looking for a small group, instructor-led class to begin their fitness regime, as well as off-season athletes who seek to maintain their flexibility and core strength through a varied exercise plan. The class is offered for students in grades 5-12.

Offered in 8 week packages as well as monthly memberships, this program appeals to elementary students of all athletic levels and interests. All class instructors are professional, certified personal trainers, most of whom have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
