Our studio is proud to offer a variety of classes available. Below are some of the many classes offered 7 days a week. These classes are focused on cardio and high intensity workouts, as well as different workouts to shock the body and see the most results.
BodyShred is a thirty minute, high intensity work out. This class includes 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute core recovery repeated for 4 rounds.
Kickbox, Pump & Pilates
Kickbox has all the benefits of cardio with kicks and punch combinations, as well as weight training and pilates for core.
TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own bodyweight by providing greater performance and functionality than large exercise machines.
Tabata, PUmp & PIlates
Tabata is a high intensity interval training, alternating work with recovery period to help increase aerobic endurance and maximize calorie burn. This class will include pilates for a well-rounded workout.

Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance®
Building from the traditional forms of tai ji quan, Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance® , or TJQMBB, is an ideal class for anyone who needs to improve stability, mobility, balance, and lower body muscle strength.
