Our Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) evaluation and nutritional consultation will provide you with data specific for your needs so that you can build a diet and exercise plan tailored to your unique body chemistry.

What is Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR)?

Your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) is the minimum amount of calories that your body needs to survive. This number varies greatly from one person to another based on size, regular activity level, muscle mass and many, many other factors. By measuring your RMR, you have a baseline from which to start planning truly realistic and attainable nutritional and fitness goals.

In addition to measuring your RMR, you will receive a custom nutritional counseling session with our Register Dietician, Noreen Gallo, who will help you understand what your RMR means and the changes you can make to meet your weight loss goal.
