Power Pilates Fusion

Power Pilates Fusion uses toning exercises to build strength and endurance and offers a mind/body experience for centering and growth.

Power Pilates Fusion at Windham Pilates is taught by Susan McInnis and Alice DiPrima, both certified Pilates instructors. Our Fusion Pilates class provides a blend of Yoga and STOTT PILATES methods. 

The class is typically offered on Friday mornings at 8-9 AM and 9-10 AM.
