Pilates Classes

Developed in the early 20th century by German-born gymnast, Joseph Pilates, pilates has been, and continues to be the exercise of choice for dancers, athletes, and celebrities due to the resulting long, lean muscles and greater flexibility that are typical of regular practitioners of pilates. A non-impact exercise that balances the building of muscular strength with flexibility and proper body alignment and balance, pilates is suitable for virtually everyone from prenatal/postnatal women, rehab patients and the elderly to top-performing athletes and performers

Using a top of the line V2 Max Plus STOTT PILATES™Reformer, your Pilates workout is enhanced with eccentric and concentric resistance, three-dimensional movement and total musculoskeletal conditioning. Your final result is a total body workout that builds muscle, conditioning, toning and cardio endurance.
