Are you interested in exercise, but intimidated by starting something new? Even if you haven’t exercised in a long time, or perhaps ever, there are many great options available to you, no matter your fitness, age or experience level. 

Windham Pilates & Wellness Center offers a wide range of gentle exercise programs, including Gentle Yoga, Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance®,  and Hatha Yoga. These programs involving stationary poses and slow movements coordinated with breathing, are wonderful options for beginners. 

If you are looking for something slightly more challenging, but are not comfortable jumping in to a group class, we also offer private instruction. With private sessions, you can learn what you need to feel comfortable participating in a larger group setting. 

Every class at Windham Pilates & Wellness Center is taught with modifications available for all levels. Whether you are interested in our STOTT Reformer course, where our instruction is personally-directed by your needs, a TRX class, or in starting to build inner strength with yoga or Tai Ji Quan, we are committed to helping you achieve your health goals safely while having a great time.
