Group Class Membership Program

Our small group classes allow you to choose from a variety of pilates, yoga, and cardio classes. Class size is limited to 15 students per class, to ensure that you receive top quality instruction and individual attention.

Semi-Private Reformer Training Membership Programs

Our Semi-Private Reformer Training memberships offer small-group, high-performance classes. With class size limited to 4 people, a semi-private program will ensure you achieve optimal results.

Drop-In Classes, open to Members only, are available for $30/class.

STOTT Pilates Reformer - Basic

Private Reformer Training

Are you looking for more private training where you can get the individual attention you need to build strength, endurance, flexibility and overall health? Sign up for the classes you need, with a private instructor dedicated to you.

10 Session Package:

Individual: $600 | Couples: $400/per person

5 Session Package:

Individual: $350 | Couples: $225/per person

Single Session:

Individual: $75 | Couples: $50/per person

TRX Training


TRX Training memberships give you the access you want for this fast, effective total-body workout.

Drop-in TRX $25 per class

90 Days to a New You

Get a completely personalized 90-day fitness and nutrition program with the guidance and support from our registered Dietitian, Noreen Gallo, R.D. and Susan McInnis, M.S. Owner, Windham Pilates & Wellness Center.


  • 3 month unlimited group class membership

  • Consultation with Susan McInnis, M.S. Owner, Windham Pilates & Wellness Center, to talk about your personal fitness goals, measurements, and assessments

  • Four 30-minute visits with our registered dietitian, Noreen Gallo, R.D. *RMR measurement also available. Please ask for more information if you’re interested.*

  • 3 month online meal plan, recipes, and grocery lists

  • Access to a private Facebook group for support from other program members

Non-Members: One-time charge of $549 or 3 payments of $189

Members: One-time charge of $249 or 3 payments of an additional $89 to their monthly membership

Strength & Conditioning Passes

Our strength and conditioning room contains a wide variety of the latest, state-of-the-art strength and cardio equipment to help you round out your fitness program.

All Group Class Members will receive 2 FREE passes each month as part of their membership.

Reformer PLUS and TRX PLUS members will also receive 2 FREE passes as part of their monthly membership as well.

Private and semi-private and drop-in training will be offered, however orientation is required prior to using any of the equipment. Please contact Susan or Alice for more information on membership or to book your orientation today.
