Kickbox, Pump & Pilates

Kickboxing is a full-body workout that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches. Class will include strength training, pilates and stretch for a full body workout.

Using techniques from Kickboxing combined with pilates and core conditioning, this is a workout that absolutely produces results.  

Kickbox, Pump & Pilates at Windham Pilates is taught by Susan McInnis, a certified Kickboxing instructor. Susan makes an early morning class, energetic and intense to start your day right. 

The class is typically offered on Thursday mornings at 830-930AM.
