Take your yoga to the next level, our YogaFit Sweat class is a safe, healthy alternative to "hot" yoga programs. Practiced in a room heated at 80 degrees, the 60 minute class incorporates strength building poses, graceful vinyasas, powerful breath work and or course relaxation to round out this practice for a detoxifying full body, mind and spirit workout experience.
Our YogaFit Sweat class is purifying, cleansing and healing. Added warmth prepares muscles and connective tissue for deeper stretches and facilitates perspiration, which serves to cleanse the body as well as clear the mind.
