Gentle Yoga is a less strenuous, less intense version of yoga. It can be very useful for those who are looking for a less intense or demanding yoga experience, such as seniors, women who are pregnant, people recovering from injury or even those who are simply looking for a more relaxed workout.
Our gentle yoga class is designed for those new to yoga or need a more gentle paced class. Modifications offered as well as props including chair, yoga blocks and straps.
Gentle Yoga at Windham Pilates is taught by our certified instructor, Danielle. The class is typically offered on Monday mornings at 9:30-10:30 AM.
