SHRED describes the primary elements you’ll demand of your body each time you participate in a JILLIAN MICHAELS Bodyshred™ class. Bodyshred™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout.
Utilizing the 3-2-1 interval approach:
- 3 minutes of strength
- 2 minutes of cardio
- 1 minute of abs
You will shed fat, define muscle, transform the look of your entire physique, and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.
Bodyshred™ at Windham Pilates is taught by Susan McInnis and Alice DiPrima, both certified Bodyshred™ instructors. These enthusiastic and motivating instructors make this an intense, fat-burning, and quick workout.
The class is typically offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6-6:45AM, Wednesday nights at 6-6:45PM, and Saturday mornings at 8-8:45 AM.
