Qualified Professionals

At Windham Pilates & Wellness Center, we bring in only the most highly trained, certified instructors to teach your class. While some fitness centers may find it acceptable to have less qualified instructors, we maintain that only the most qualified and certified professionals should be guiding your path to health and fitness.

Our instructors must be fully certified in the style of class they are teaching, and each one continues their practice and education with ongoing classes, seminars and trainings to keep current with the latest techniques.

Did You Know...

An important Nurse's study of more than 88,000 women aged 34-59 showed that the incidence of coronary heart disease is 150% lower among women who exercise regularly as compared with those women who don't. Those who exercised regularly for more than 3.5 hours per week enjoyed enormous benefits in reduced heart disease risk compared to women who did not exercise at all.

Susan McInnis M.S., Owner & Instructor

Sue McInnis, Studio Owner

Born and raised locally in Pelham NH, Susan has a BS in Health Education from the University of Massachusetts and an MS in Fitness Management from Northeastern University. She has more than 20 years experience in the corporate fitness field, and is also the owner of Fitness Management Resources, a local provider of fitness services to medium and large companies.

Susan's credentials include certifications from top industry sources, including the American Council on Exercise, American College of Sports Medicine, STOTT PILATES®, Yogafit, Zumba™, and the American Heart Association. She is also a certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Instructor, and teaches a variety of classes, including STOTT PILATES, Reformer, Yoga and Zumba.

Susan lives in Windham with her husband and three young children. She is an active school and community volunteer, and enjoys spending time with her family, their pets and her Paint horse, Jetta.

Noreen Gallo M.S.R.D., Registered Dietitian

Noreen Gallo, Dietitian

Noreen hails from the University of New Hampshire where she received her BS in Nutrition. She later received her Masters in Nutrition from the University of California at Davis, and is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian.

Noreen heads our LEAN Program at the studio, providing nutrition counseling, metabolic rate measurement and customized weight loss programs for members. She also works with clients with weight-related conditions such as obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol and triglycerides. In her past life she has served as the Dietitian for a Cardiac Rehab Center in Sacramento, CA as well as running her own private nutrition practice specializing in eating disorders.

Noreen lives locally in Windham with her four, active boys and enjoys spending time together as a family, as well as running, biking and volunteering at the Shepard's Pantry.

Elizabeth Croteau, Certified Yoga Instructor

Liz Croteau, Yoga Instructor

Elizabeth has been a yoga practitioner since 2003, when she began her study to increase flexibility. Since then, she found her passion in the therapeutic and mental/spiritual gifts of Yoga, and continued on to achieve her 200-hour RYT from the Miami, FL Yogashala in 2008. Liz teaches morning Yoga classes at the studio.

Lori Lussier, Certified Zumba Instructor

Lori Lussier, Certified Zumba Instructor

Lori was trained as an Occupational Therapist, but finds her passion on the dance floor dancing and teaching Latin Ballroom for the last 7 years. In addition to offering Beginner Salsa Classes at the studio, she is also a certified Zumba instructor.

Heidi Weisharr, Certified Pilates/Yogafit Instructor

STOTT PILATES and Yogafit Instructor

Heidi is a passionate believer in the benefits of Pilates and Yoga and their benefit to the body and mind. With our studio since 2007, she is certified through PHI Pilates and Yogafit at Instructor level. She teaches Pilates Mat, Fusion and Yoga classes at the studio.

Allison Fitzpatrick, Certified Pilates/PiYo Instructor

STOTT PILATES Instructor

Allison's credentials include certification in Pilates Mat, Gold Ranking PiYo and Flowing Yoga. A member of our studio since 2005, she became a certified instructor in 2006 and has been sharing her passion for Pilates and fitness ever since.

Allison teaches Power Pilates and PiYo classes at the studio.

Erin Pineau, Certified Zumba Instructor

Erin is a former gymnast and nationally competitive dancer who brings her love for dance and appreciation for fitness to Zumba classes at the studio. A graduate of Emerson College and former member of the school's X-Dance Production, Erin brings her knowledge of modern dance and hip-hop training to Windham Pilates classes for fitness and fun.

Pam has been in the fitness industry since 1994, teaching group fitness as well as personal training. Her specialties are STOTT PILATES and off season training for athelets. She holds several certifications by AFAA, STOTT PILATES, Sports Condintioning Inc., and Spinning™.

Mimi Kolodziej, Certified Yoga Instructor

Yoga Instructor

Mimi Kolodziej is a former a professional modern dancer with The Dance Ensemble of Boston as well as a ballroom dance competitor, who taught ballroom at Brown University. After discovering the benefits of yoga as a mature adult, she became certified through the Houston Yoga Institute and Yogafit. Mimi is always excited to share her passion and love of yoga and enjoys teaching our Gentle Yoga classes.

Alice DiPrima, Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Alice has been passionate about physical fitness and health for more than 16 years. She has taught mat and Reformer Pilates since 2007, and in 2008 became a Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA. Alice truly loves motivating people and helping them push to achieve their goals, yet it is her warm personality, sensitive nature and work ethic that bring her students back for more each week. A Windham resident, Alice is married with three children and is an active member of the community.

Rachel Shipulski, Certified Kickboxing & YogaFit Instructor

After attending and teaching dance for many years, Rachel discovered her passion for taking group exercise and began a natural transition into teaching aerobic classes. Her background in dance provides a strong understanding of music and choreography which she uses to help bring the health benefits and overall well-being ofexercise to a fun and challenging class. Rachel is certified in AFAA Group Exercise as well as Kickboxing, YogaFit and American Red Cross CPR.
