At Windham Pilates & Wellness Center, we understand that most of our members take their jobs of caring for their families very seriously. You don't hesitate to do what is best for them, but that also means taking care of yourself and your own health, which is sometimes hard to fit in to busy schedules.
We encourage you to consider the benefits to your family by taking time out to exercise. Come try a class and see how much it can do for all of you.

Part of taking care of your family includes providing a healthy diet and teaching your children about healthy food choices. Our Nutritional Counseling services not only help you to eat better to meet your nutritional goals, but will also help you be a better caregiver to your family by teaching you about the healthy options you can include in everyone's diet, as well as your own.

Our new eXerBlast class is a fitness adventure where exercise is actually fun! Open to children ages 4 – 12 and their parents, this program challenges hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, rhythm, core strength and aerobic capacity. Using our active Sportwall and other apparatus, eXerBlast keeps everyone in the class moving, laughing and enjoying quality time together.
This is one of the few fitness programs that you can enjoy with your child, regardless of your fitness levels. We encourage parents to participate with their children, encouraging your child to learn that fitness is something to enjoy as a family, and creating a bonding moment that you both will enjoy.
Open to members and non-members. Space is limited, please contact us to reserve your spot. Each session is 5 weeks and is subject to additional class fees for members. Please refer to our Schedule and Rates for full information.
If your child loves to move, our eXerBlast Birthday Parties are a great way to celebrate the fun with friends and family of all ages. Kids will jump, throw, laugh, move and enjoy a fun adventure together, and even parents can participate.
Open to members and non-members. Please contact us to find out more and schedule your party date and time.
“The American Academy of Pediatrics believes that children should have moderate physical activity at least 60 minutes each day. They recommend finding an activity that's fun for the kids and participating with them. ”
